Shipping & Local Pickup/Delivery
All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada and International shipments. Specific shipping costs to countries located outside the U.S. will be quoted based on the Shipping Address provided in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page (when international shipping becomes available).
U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING
All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2 business days for us to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
We offer local pickup at our boutique, by appointment, and/or delivery of purchased items. If you are a Southwest Louisiana customer, or you plan to travel to our area, please contact us to inquire about how far we deliver, or even better, schedule an appointment to come visit our boutique in person! (We love meeting our customers!)
At this time, we do not offer International Shipping. We do have international plans in the very near future, so keep an eye out for that info!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any package returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service, and/or to file a report with local police authorities.
